Dance Happens Here Haliburton (DH3) partnered with local business people to once again bring Diwali, the festival of light to Haliburton. On November 15 at the Haliburton Legion we celebrated Diwali with delicious Indian food, lively music and dancing.
Local dancer Yasmin Schoenke got people up on the floor and dancing together with tunes provided by DJs Karim and Ali Khimji of Safari Sounds. A delicious meal from Masala Kraft was enjoyed by all with a true taste of India, including some Diwali treats.
